No function, power LED blinking, SC PCB failure
Remedy:
On SC PCB exchange parts according to Service Kit no. TZS9EK092
Confirm correct values of the check points, see "Check method" below.
Update unit DCC sw at least to version 73.15 (G20, V20) or 83.08 (VT20) by SD card flash image
